鞭鞭有力，大快人心

上星期英國最高法院Supreme Court五位大法官一致裁定女性嘅定義只係生理女性，除咗女性團體慶祝，亦都震撼英國政界，令一大班當年坐政確順風車嘅政客集體炒車。對嗰班面皮幾尺厚嘅政客黎講，被人抽返啲舊言論出黎恥笑唔係最慘，Keir Starmer作為首相，工黨作為執政黨，既要被恥笑，又面對呢個終極裁決被迫認衰，然後調整政策先係最羞辱。

就係因為呢個原因，响宣判之後，Keir Starmer成個星期諗唔到點回應，去到今日被記者追問「可唔可以再解釋下咩係女人？」，要面對集體炒車呢個現實，話「女人係成年女性，法庭已經講得好清楚」，不過就點都唔肯對自己以前嘅言論道歉。

"A woman is an adult female, and the court has made that absolutely clear."

同日，教育大臣話工黨承認同相信單一性別嘅空間好重要（"We recognise and believe in the importance of single-sex spaces."）。

JK Rowling同保守黨黨魁Kemi Badenoch呢兩位多年黎捍衛常識嘅女性終於等到呢個機會，今日一個用網絡長文，另一個响下議院，義正辭嚴咁數呢班政確順風車政客，不約而同嘅論都係「你地覺唔覺自己無恥？」。

首先出場嘅係JK Rowling，响X貼相出Tweet，拎晒Keir Starmer同工黨班友過去支持跨性別女性言論出黎鞭打。

"Women have been persecuted, harassed, smeared, roughed up and forced to take employers to court for discrimination. They've suffered severe detriments purely for believing what the Supreme Court has ruled to be reasonable and correct: that women are a definable biological class that has specific rights under the law to which males, however they identify, are not entitled. "

「啲女人呢幾年不停被針對，比人鬧、比人起底、比人抹黑，仲有啲被告歧視，要自己出錢請律師打官司。佢地所承受嘅一切，就係為咗最高法院都認同嘅一句說話：女人係有清晰定義嘅生物學性別，而呢個係羣體係專屬法律權利，唔係你話你係就有份。」

"Do these politicians have any shame? They sided with the persecutors, the issuers of death and rape threats, the violent men demanding access to women's and girls' protected spaces, including domestic abuse shelters, rape crisis centres and prison cells. "

「講到呢度，我只想問一句，呢班政客仲有無廉恥？

你地當日企咗响迫害者嗰邊，幫嗰啲發死亡威脅、強姦恐嚇、辱罵女權嘅人抬轎。你地企嗰班惡形惡相嘅男人嗰邊，聲稱要尊重佢地嘅身份，容許佢地入婦女庇護所、性侵受害人中心、甚至女子監獄。」

"As another public wave of death threats is issued against women because of the Supreme Court ruling, their silence has become deafening. I'm just one of millions of women disgusted by the lack of accountability or remorse. We will not forget."

以為咁已經好強硬？未夠嘅，下晝响下議院，輪到保守黨黨魁Kemi Badenoch登場，好好火咁足足用咗五分幾鐘，首相到工黨，到其他有份坐包容順風車嘅政客全部走唔甩。大家可以唔認同保守黨或者Kemi Badenoch嘅其他政見，但佢今日呢五分鐘嘅言論，絕對係佢近期嘅代表作，絕對係鞭鞭有力大快人心。

開始數Keir Starmer當年嘅偉論，2021年，「唔可以話只有女人有子宮」，2022年，「根據法律transwomen係女人」，2023年，「99%女人無陰莖」。

"I could not believe my eyes or my ears this afternoon. In 2021 the prime minister said it is not right to say only women have a cervix. In 2022 he said it is the law that trans women are women. In 2023 he said, and I quote, “99% of women don’t have a penis”. I know what a woman is, and I always have the people of this country know what a woman is. We didn’t need the supreme court to tell us that, but this government did – a Labour government so desperate to jump on a bandwagon that they abandoned common sense, along with the SNP, who put rapists in women’s prisons, and, of course, the Liberal Democrats."

「我知女人係咩，我一直都知，成個英國都知。我地唔需要最高法院教，但你地工黨就需要喇。當日就係工黨連同蘇格蘭民族黨，加埋自由民主黨放棄常識跳上呢架順風車，將強姦犯送入女子監獄。」

唔只講蘇格蘭SNP曾經「尊重」一個審訊期間忽然自認係女人嘅強姦犯，安排入女子監獄，Kemi Badenoch提到NHS迫一位女性侵受害者叫個男被告係「she」，更有一位女護士，就算護士工會支持都唔得，要打官司先可以保住醫院嘅女更衣室荒謬到咁嘅事例。仲未夠嘅，當年最激進嘅時候，因為同性戀工會（LGB Alliance，留意係無"T"或其他嘅）支持男就男，女就係女，所以工黨開大會都將佢地排除在外唔比參加，亦將一位支持女性嘅工黨議員逐出黨。

點解啲女性要靠自己，用前途同金錢先至爭到最基本嘅權利？就係因為政客比激進份子牽住鼻走，坐意識形態順風車埋沒常識同科學，但依家集體炒車又敢認錯。

"This is a U-turn, but we welcome it. Now that we have legal clarity. will the prime minister show some courage and do the right thing?"

然後要求每個當年有份坐順風車嘅工黨內閣成員，包括Kier Starmer向受影響嘅女性、政府部門同組織道歉，重新制定相關嘅政府同教育指引。
